How do I buy VIP?
Buying VIP on a computer:
To purchase VIP using your computer, simply go up to the tabs up top that say "WoozIn", "World", Etc. You will see a tab named "Store" with a yellow shopping cart. Click this tab, and a window will pop up. On this window, you can buy vip!
To purchase VIP using app:
To purchase Vip using your device, go to "Shopz" located in the bottom right corner. There will be options to buy clothing, VIP, and wooz!
To purchase VIP at a store:
Currently, Woozworld redeem cards are only available in USA and Canada.
Redeem cards in Canada: Kroger & Toys R Us
Redeem cards in USA: Kroger & Target
Redeem cards cost $10. In order to redeem, click "Redeem" by the "World" and "WoozIn" button. Punch in the code.
Redeem cards come with 10,000 Wooz, a month of VIP, a special WoozPet, a big head, and a special title/

When do store outfits become Transferable?
Store outfits usually become transferable after they are sold in "Last Chance!" section in store.

I bought something, but I didn't receive it?
If this happens to you, do not freak out and don't say "I'm going to sue Woozworld!". The first step is to check your Purchase History. Settings (Located by your Woozen up in the top right corner) > Accounts > View my purchase History. If you do not see what you purchased on that list, the transaction didn't work and you were not charged. If you see it there, first refresh. If you still do not receive what you paid for, contact Woozworld. Tell them what you bought and tell them it is on your purchase history. Usually there is a speedy reply.

A new window will pop up, scroll down the window until you see a form. Fill out the form with the nature of your request.
